My goal is to be the strategic partner in your corner. I don’t just focus on your next audition; I focus on the long-term arc of your career.
Strategic Direction: I help you identify your unique market positioning and define a clear roadmap to achieve your specific career goals.
Industry Insight: I provide a "Manager’s Perspective" on your materials and choices, offering the honest feedback necessary to ensure you consistently meet and exceed professional standards.
Professional Advocacy: I work tirelessly to expand your professional network and strengthen your relationships with agents, casting directors, and industry partners.
Business Support: I act as a dedicated sounding board for your business decisions, helping you navigate the complexities of the entertainment industry with confidence and clarity.
An actor is a business. A manager is the strategic partner who helps run that business. While agents focus on the transactions (the contracts), I focus on the trajectory (the career). From script analysis to brand positioning, I am involved in the creative and business development of my clients, ensuring every move serves the long-term goal.
I am highly selective with my roster to ensure every client receives my full, personalized attention. I accept submissions exclusively via the form below. Please do not send submissions via Instagram DM.
What I look for:
Unique Branding: A clear sense of who you are in the market.
Strong Work Ethic: A commitment to the craft and the hustle.
"Industry-Ready" Materials: Professional-grade reels, headshots, and resumes.
Please Note: If your materials are not yet at a professional level, I recommend starting with my Portfolio Creation class before seeking representation.
Transparency & Ethics: My management clients never pay an upfront fee for any service. I work strictly on a commission basis for the talent I represent.
Talent Manager
Managers do not need to be licensed by the state. However, they must operate within the legal framework and not perform activities restricted to agents.
Managers can offer a wider range of services, including career advice and personal management, but they must be careful not to solicit employment directly, as this is the domain of agents.
Talent Agent
Agents must be licensed by the California Labor Commission and adhere to specific regulations under the California Talent Agencies Act. Only agents are legally permitted to solicit and procure employment for their clients. They must comply with strict legal and ethical standards regarding their practices and client relations.
